Hot Metal Spray, also known as Thermal Arc Spray or Metallising, provides a highly protective coating and is a great alternative to hot dipped galvanising when warping can be factor for delicate designs. A range of coatings are available, zinc being the most common replacement for galvanising. Other materials like bronze or aluminium can be used to create an architectural finish instead of painting.
